Transport

Transport to Denmark is to be organized and paid by the participant. Transportation by bus from either Billund Airport, Vejle Train Station or Videbæk bus station to the course venue and back is free. There is also free transportation by bus between the course venue and excursion places.

Visa

If you are a non-EU citizen, you may need a visa to enter Denmark. Please contact the Danish Embassy in your home country to clarify what to do in your case. If you need a visa, we will be helpful with sending you a letter of invitation or any other documentation that you will need in this context. Please pay close attention to deadlines and the fact that the processing time at the embassies can be rather long.

Price

To participate in the Wind Power Summer School, you are required to pay for food and accommodation* and possibly a course fee. See the box below.

*Food and accommodation covers: Food during the summer school and a room shared with another participant from Sunday 9 August to Friday 21 August.
